Description
Catch the Breeze is a self-catering, north-facing home situated in the popular suburb of Rexford in Knysna. The property is ideally located a few minutes drive from the lagoon, Knysna Heads, town centre and 2 golf courses in this part of the Garden Route.
This tastefully decorated house boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The fully equipped kitchen contains a gas stove with an electric oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, utensils, cutlery and crockery. There is also a scullery area with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
The dining area has an 8-seater table, and the lounge features a 55-inch flat-screen TV with a DStv decoder, as well as a micro Hi-Fi system with a CD player. Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available in the house. The lounge leads out to a well-manicured garden, which also boasts a north-facing swimming pool.
The house is equipped with an inverter and solar panels, which ensures that lights, WiFi, and TV can be used during loadshedding.
From the garden, one can admire lovely views of the Knysna Lagoon, over the Knysna Golf course and the picturesque Outeniqua mountains in the blue distance.
