Clarens Grand Villa is a self-catering holiday home situated within the secure Clarens Mountain Estate, overlooking the village of Clarens and surrounded by the Maluti Mountains. The property offers a tranquil setting with expansive 360-degree mountain views, making it an ideal option for guests seeking a peaceful retreat in a scenic environment.
The villa accommodates up to 8 adults and comprises 4 spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Two of the bedrooms open onto balconies with mountain views, while the remaining two lead to enclosed garden areas. Each room is uniquely styled and includes underfloor heating and air-conditioning for added comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living areas include a cosy indoor fireplace and a covered braai area fitted with a TV offering full DStv channels. Outdoor features include a swimming pool, a splash pool with a wood-fired oven, and a wood-fired KolKol hot tub located on the deck, providing spaces for relaxation and entertainment.
The property is equipped with an inverter to assist during load shedding, as well as water tanks for backup supply. Secure parking is available within the estate, including space in the driveway and alongside the garage. A refundable breakage deposit is payable prior to arrival.
