Description
Coldstream Farm Stay is located in the Sterkstroom area, below Penhoek Pass, 2 km off the N6, 60 km north of Queenstown as well as 50 km south of Jamestown. The owner stays on the property as well.
Accommodation is available in a house or a cottage.
Coldstream Cottage is separate from the farm buildings and comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms with twin beds and an en-suite shower in each. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan lounge with a fireplace, a TV with DStv, and Wi-Fi. An honesty jar is available for firewood. The living area leads out to the braai area which has a beautiful view of the mountains. A kettle braai is available which requires briquettes and firelighters. Parking is available alongside the cottage.
Coldstream House is a 3-bedroom, self-catering house. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, basin, and toilet, and the second and third bedrooms have twin beds in each and make use of a guest shower and a separate toilet. Other amenities include an open-plan living area, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a TV with DSTv viewing. The patio has a built-in braai and plenty of seating space to enjoy the view of the mountains, so bring some wood if you wish to braai. Parking is available alongside the house.
Guests are welcome to take a stroll around the farm as well as enjoy mountain biking and running in the area.
