House Rules
Guests may call for assistance at any time during their stay. An emergency maintenance number is provided on arrival.
A linen and towel change is offered every fourth day. A daily clean-and-tidy service can be arranged on request. Guests may contact the establishment for more details regarding the service offered at an affordable daily rate. At least 48 hours’ notice is required for housekeeping services. Housekeeping is not available on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Bath towels are provided; however, guests should remember to bring beach towels, umbrellas, and normal consumables such as toiletries, toilet rolls, charcoal, and foodstuffs. An emergency lantern is supplied for load shedding, although additional battery lighting may be useful. OpenView OVHD TV is provided, and all satellite dishes support DStv, so guests are welcome to bring their own DStv decoder, along with the card, remote control, and power cord.
