We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crocs Nest. Our stay at Crocs Nest was truly unforgettable. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for both sunny days and rainy ones. We loved spending time on the lower patio by the pool, and on the upper balcony where the views over the Crocodile River and Kruger National Park were absolutely breathtaking. When the weather turned rainy on Sunday, the enclosed upstairs patio became our cozy retreat for reading, lounging, and playing board games. The bedrooms were wonderfully comfortable, and having an en-suite bathroom for each room was a huge bonus. The extra full bathroom and utility room downstairs made everything even more convenient. The view was the best we’ve ever experienced in Marloth Park. We saw an incredible variety of wildlife — abundant birdlife including two fish eagles, hippos, crocodiles, bucks, and elephants. The absolute highlight was a leopard on the opposite riverbank, calmly resting for a couple of hours. It was magical. At the house itself, we were visited by bucks, bushbabies, playful monkeys who adored the hammock, and even a genet. It felt like nature was right on our doorstep. We highly recommend Crocs Nest to anyone planning a visit — and we will definitely be back. A heartfelt thank you for the fantastic service, constant communication, and always being available to answer our questions. We truly appreciate it.

Beautiful views and lovely accommodation. We had a lovely time at Croc's Nest. The views are lovely and the pool is perfect for a cool off.

Peaceful stay in a bush setting. We loved the house and its location next to the river. Joan was very helpful when we needed extra blankets.

Spectacular views. Comfortable and extremely relaxing space to be in! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay an extra few nights! The accommodation is beautifully decorated and everything works well. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was great and prompt with her responses. The view from the unit is spectacular. Will definitely book again in the future!

Lekker rustige wegbreek in die bos. N baie goed ingerigte huis met alles wat 'n mens nodig kan kry. Pragtige uitsigte vanuit elke vertrek, 'n baie lekker kuierstoep, bo en onder. Baie wild gesien, sal vir seker weer daar tuis gaan.

Rustige atmosfeer. Ons het baie lekker gekuier, tydperk was net te kort. Koedoes, vlakvarke en bosbokkies het kom kos vra, hulle is baie mak. Die nagapies was ook elke aand daar. Die swembad was 'n heerlike lafenis in die hitte!

Quiet & well appointed house has amazing views over the river and Kruger. We had a great time in the area, the house has amazing views over the river and all the amenities you need. Lots of well appointed bathrooms and the kitchen is perfect. Good WiFi available on all floors and braai area. The "Amazing Kruger View Restaurant" is amazing and a must for sunset drinks and prawns for dinner!

A very pleasant and positive experience with immaculate views over the river. We only stayed 2 nights. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The view is the best of all the places we have stayed in Marloth over the past 25 years. The house has everything that one needs and there are roof fans and AC in the rooms. It was a positive experience and we will most probably return to Croc's Nest in future.

Disappointing. For that price expected something better. Broken toilet seat, showers and bathroom light. Torn, unironed bedding had to be replaced; sheets still with oil stains. Shower mats were dirty. View obstructed by trees.
