Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Parties are not allowed.
Taxis are not allowed into the estate.
No smoking inside the house.
No loud music or shouting between 22:00 and 08:00.
The owners reside on the premises; please respect their privacy and space.
Guests must bring their own dishwasher tablets, washing powder and softener, swimming towels, and braai wood. One bath towel per person is provided. If the owner’s braai wood is used, please replace it.
Guests are asked to use water sparingly.
A maximum of 2 extra guests can be accommodated.
Optional extras such as breakfast can be arranged by prior arrangement.
