Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

Only the guests listed in the quotation will be accommodated. Visitors are not allowed on the premises.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, and violations will result in a fine.
Please lock the doors when leaving the house unoccupied.
Communicate any arrival time after 15:00 with the hosts. Arrivals after 20:00 will incur a late arrival fee, as will late check-outs.
Report any damages to the host and verify the inventory upon arrival and departure.
Dispose of all refuse in the provided containers or designated refuse areas. Municipal refuse collection occurs on Wednesday mornings, so ensure all refuse is in the designated area prior to removal.
Some closets may be locked and contain the owner’s items. Please do not attempt to open these closets, as it will be considered theft or attempted theft.
Pets are allowed only with prior arrangements.
Please refrain from moving furniture within the house or taking it outside.
Do not feed the baboons.
Fires are to be made only in the provided spaces. This is a high wildfire area, so do not leave fires unattended, and do not start fires during heavy winds.
No noise is allowed after 22:00 out of respect for the neighbors, as we are situated in a residential area.
To prevent blockages, do not dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids, fats, or feminine hygiene items in the toilets, sinks, or showers, as a septic tank system is used on the premises.
The hosts reside on the premises.
