Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

Only guests as per the quotation will be accommodated.
Visitors are not allowed on the premises.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
When leaving the house unoccupied, please lock the doors.
Any arrival time after 15:00 pm must be communicated with the hosts as arrivals after 20:00 pm will incur a late arrival fee and late check-outs will also incur a fee.
If you break anything, please inform the host and check to make sure that the inventory is correct and declare any discrepancies when you arrive. Recheck when you leave for any discrepancies.
Guests must not place any refuse within or outside the premises except in the containers and/or the refuse areas provided.
The municipal refuse collection takes place on a Thursday morning. Please ensure all refuse is in the designated area prior to removal.
Some of the closets may be locked and contain the owner’s items. Please respect these closets and do not attempt to open them as it will amount to theft or attempted theft.
Occupancy at any time, for any reason, is limited to the number of persons agreed upon as per your reservation.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Guests must refrain from moving around furniture in the house or taking them outside.
Do not feed the Baboons.
Fires are to be made in the provided spaces only. Please bear in mind this is a high wildfire area, so no unattended fires and no fires during heavy winds.
No noise is allowed after 22:00 pm out of respect for the neighbours as we are situated in a residential area.
In order to prevent possible blockages, please do not dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids, fats or feminine hygiene items in the toilets, sinks or shower, as a septic tank system is used on the premises.
Hosts reside on the premises.
