Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R800 cleaning fee per booking.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
- This unit may only accommodate the number of guests as specified on the booking invoice at any given time.
- No excessive noise or loud music is allowed after 22:00.
- Guests need to bring with own DStv decoder and smart card.
- A refundable breakage deposit is payable per unit on arrival. Breakage deposits will only be paid back at departure after inventory has been taken with the guests.
- Strictly no dogs are allowed in the house and no visitors are allowed to bring dogs with them. Should a dog be brought with them, guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without a refund.
- Guests may be asked to vacate the premises immediately if they fail to adhere to the rules.
