House Rules

There is also a refundable key and breakage deposit that is collected on arrival.
The flat is serviced daily, except for Sunday’s and/or public holidays, with a general service (excluding dishes)
The noise level must be toned down by 22:00 at night.
On departure please ensure that the flat is left in the same condition it was found on arrival otherwise an R200.00 fee will be charged to yourself in order to have the place cleaned thoroughly.
Unfortunately, no pets allowed on the premises.
DStv connection access is available, guests required to bring their own decoder and smart card.
