House Rules

HOUSE RULES:
1. CHECK IN is 14h00 and Checkout is 10h00.
2. WIFI : DESTINY - Password – Psalm23@di
3. INVENTORY LIST: Check the list if everything is in good order with the host. Guests are responsible to pay for all damages caused to all property. Report all breakages at the host.
4. EXTRA GUESTS: will be charged 50% of the adult fee per night. As per booking of the apartment (single, double or two adults and 2 children). Day visitors not allowed!
5. NON-SMOKING: no smoking allowed anywhere in the apartment, including smoke pipes or burned incense in the house. Designated smoking area is located in the garden area. Please throw sigarette buds in bin and ashtray that is provided outside on the patio. Do not throw your sigarette buds in the kitchen trash can, garden or on parking area. R1000 fine if you smoke in the room !
6. GAS GEYSER: The geyser use gas to heat the water. Let hot water tap run and then adjust with cold water.
7. WATER RESTRICTIONS: Please use water sparingly. Water in taps are not safe to drink and we suggest guests must provide their own drinking water.
8. FANS & BEDROOM LIGHT: There is a extractable roof fan with light in the main bedroom. See instruction sheet on the wall.
9. GARBAGE: extra garbage bags will be in the kitchen cubboard under the zink. Please put full bags in the big municipal bin outside.
10. LINEN: linen are provided will be changed every 7 days. If guest requested change of linen before, there will be a laundry fee.
11. TOWELS: are provided. Please hang wet towels on the drying rack during the day to be reused. PLEASE NOTE - NO BEACH TOWELS. Guests must bring their own beach towels
12. TOILET: VERY IMPORTANT: Please use only toilet paper and do not throw feminine products, tampons, pads, wipes, condoms, foreign objects, food stuffs in the toilet, due to a sensitive and expensive Saniflow tank system. Throw all stuff in the hygenic bin provided! There is an extra bin lining in the hand basin cuboard, as well as extra toilet paper.
13. KITCHEN: There is a microwave and Air frier for your use. Please line the Air frier with the lining paper provided to ensure easy cleaning. Please, no food and drink in bedroom and beds !
14. COFFEE/TEA: provided is part of our welcoming package, and if more needed guest must provide own.
15. LAUNDRY: make use of the local laundromat service, located at the mall on own expense. No wet laundry must be hunged on the window frames. Plz use the drying rack.
16. LOST OR BROKEN KEY: R1000 be charged if you loose your keys, gate remote or break the locks.
17. BRAAI: There is a webber available. Guests must provide their own charcoal.
18. LOUD MUSIC AND NOISE: No LOUD noise or loud music will be allowed at any time on the premises.
19. FIREWORKS: The use of fireworks is strictly forbidden.
20. PARKING: At designated area is an open parking behind an electric gate.
21. SECURITY: Please keep the gate closed at all times.
22. PLEASE NOTICE: FOR STAYS 7 DAYS AND LONGER - An additional CLEANING FEE of R300 will be charged per week, and Housekeeping once a week is compulsory !
23. CHILDREN: Children under 2 years stay for free. Children 3-17 years pay the adult fee.
24. CHECKING OUT : Switch off all lights and fans. Open the gate and park your car in front of the eye. Leave the keys on the table, go out and close the glass door and shut lock the security door behind you. Make sure the gate closes when you depart.
