Unpleasant and disappointing. The host (Grethe Burger) was horrible. She was unreachable and we ended up reaching out to the website's agent (Hermanus) who was very helpful and responsive. The wood for warming water was wet and the gas was empty, we ended up showering with cold water. The host never bothered to respond to our WhatsApp messages.
