Die Houthoop is a guest farm located in the Northern Cape, in Namakwaland. The name is derived from a pile of wood stacked in a semi-circle, which is occasionally used as a restaurant. Die Houthoop Guest Farm is ideal for team building, reunions, weddings, year-end functions, and birthday parties.
Accommodation is offered in self-catering en-suite rooms, rustic huts, and camping sites. The open-air restaurant on the property serves fantastic homemade meals, including seafood and traditional potjiekos. The restaurant is not open every day and operates depending on the number of bookings. Guests are required to book in advance.
