Unfortunately, pets are not welcome.
Please note that this unit is on the third floor and is accessible via the stairs.
Only the number of guests who have booked will be allowed to stay at the property.
Loud music, and noises will not be tolerated after 22h00.
Guests are kindly asked not to throw anything from the balcony or out of the windows.
Guests will not be permitted to wear revealing clothing outside of the unit on the premises.
The heated swimming pool is currently undergoing renovations which will be completed by the end of March 2025.
A maximum of 2 cars are allowed on the premises. The first car needs to be parked in the designated parking space for 302, and the secondary car needs to park in the guest parking space. Please note that cars are only allowed to park in marked spaces.
