Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A discount may apply when both suites are booked together, subject to availability. A signed booking confirmation form is required.
Please note that access includes a short dirt road before the paved section.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Please confirm the number, size and breed of pets before arrival. A once-off pet fee of R500 per stay applies and is payable before arrival directly to The Butterfly Villa. Pets must be house-trained, supervised at all times, and are not allowed on beds or furniture. Guests are responsible for any damage, extra cleaning, or linen replacement caused by pets.
The maximum occupancy is 12 guests, and additional guests are not permitted without prior arrangement.
Guests are kindly requested to shower before using the jacuzzis.
Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, and no outdoor music or external sound systems are permitted after 22:00.
Guests are responsible for removing their rubbish and disposing of it in the designated areas. Only toilet paper may be flushed, and all other items should be placed in bins.
A check-out inspection will take place after departure. A refundable breakage deposit is required before arrival.
Guests are requested to leave the property as found and to report any damages during their stay.
