Unfortunately, the unit is not suitable for a couple with a child/baby.
The unit is not set up for children below the age of 10.
Please note that the accommodation does not have self-catering facilities or a TV.
Note that there is a friendly dog and 2 cats living on the premises, and that this is not ideal for guests who do not like pets.
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Quiet times between 23:00 and 09:00.
No laundry or washing of cars is allowed. Amenities in the surrounding area
Parties are strictly not allowed.
Please keep to the speed limit and wait until the gate closes before driving off. This is for everyone's safety.
The breakage deposit is payable to Drop Anchor in cash or via EFT. It will be refunded within 3 days of the guest's departure if:
Drop Anchor is left in the same condition as received.
No damage was done
None of the rules was broken.
