House Rules

Unfortunately due to the nature of the apartment layout, no children under 12 years may stay over.
No pets are permitted within the premises.
No large gathering of people or event may be hosted within the premises.
Strictly no smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes inside the apartment. There is an outside balcony where guests may smoke.
There are no specific quiet hours, however, please be considerate of the neighbors and keep the noise minimal after 22:00.
Guests should please ensure windows are closed and doors are locked when leaving the unit. Guests should ensure all appliances are turned off too.
Guests should avoid making large fires. It’s a small fireplace and should not be overloaded. This allows smoke into the unit and can create damage by shooting sparks.
Guests should please request if there are any breakages during their stay so that the host can know to repair or replace it timelessly.
