The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery, a kettle, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Other amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi, a braai area, gas heating, off-street parking, a separate entrance, and a private garden. 60 SQM living space boasts high ceilings plenty natural light, and solid wood floors. The bedroom (queen bed) is situated in a loft area which also includes a workstation and closet. The loft overlooks an open planned kitchen fully functional with all necessities, a large dining table and a comfy lounge. The bathroom has a large shower with on demand hot water. 50 SQM private outside area with superb views has outside furniture and a BBQ.
