No pets are allowed. Small pets may be allowed by prior arrangement.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
The property has an occupancy limit of 10 guests; the number of guests may not be exceeded without prior arrangement.
The property is not suitable for corporate or business functions. Social celebrations such as birthdays or special occasions may be permitted in a respectful manner.
Guests must be considerate of noise levels. Loud music and disruptive behaviour are not permitted, especially after 22:00 in outdoor braai areas.
Kitchen utensils must be returned to their cupboards in a clean condition before departure. The cleaning service covers linen, towels, and general cleaning.
