Breakage Deposit

House Rules
No pets are allowed, and smoking is not permitted indoors.
The unit is not serviced, but housekeeping can be requested if needed.
The house has an occupancy limit of 10 persons. Please inform the owner in advance if more guests will be staying.
DStv is available with the full bouquet.
An inverter is available for load shedding and operates automatically for lights and small appliances.
Guests are asked to be considerate of noise. Loud music is not permitted, and the Top Braai Area should not be used excessively after 22:00, as neighbours are nearby.
All kitchen utensils, including plates, pots, pans, cutlery, cups, and glasses, should be returned to their cupboards in a clean condition before departure. The cleaning fee covers linen, towels, and general cleaning, not dishwashing.
Ebbe Flut may not be used for corporate or business functions. Guests are welcome to celebrate birthdays or special occasions in a socially acceptable manner.
