Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1750 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests must adhere to confirmed check-in and check-out times.
House keys are collected and returned to the Eagle Security Company in Gansbaai town.
Guests must pay the deposit to Lekkeslaap, with the balance paid directly to the owner.
Maximum occupancy is 10; the number of guests booked may not be exceeded.
No pets are allowed unless arranged in advance.
No loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour is permitted. Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 08:00.
Braai areas may not be used after 22:00. Complaints with proof may result in fines deducted from the deposit. No parties or corporate functions are permitted.
Remove all rubbish and leave the property neat and tidy.
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Use electricity responsibly.
Wash all dishes and empty the fridge before departure. Any additional cleaning costs incurred may be deducted from the deposit.
Although guests check themselves in and out, the owner reserves the right to inspect the property at any reasonable time during the stay.
