House Rules
Small pets are welcome; however, this must be discussed and approved by the owner in advance. Guests are kindly requested to keep noise levels to a minimum and ensure that other guests are not disturbed. Cellphone reception is good, and Wi-Fi is available on the property.
Guests are required to bring their own firewood, although wood can be arranged on request at an additional cost per bag. Please also remember to bring your own swimming towels. A daily cleaning service is available as an optional extra.
The nearest shops are located in Bela-Bela and Modimolle, so guests are advised to stock up before arrival. Pick n Pay offers delivery for a fee, provided arrangements are made at least 36 hours in advance.
Please note that there is a 10 km gravel road leading to the accommodation. While it is regularly maintained, it may not always be suitable for vehicles with low-profile tyres or low ground clearance. Standard hatchbacks and sedans can access the road, but it is recommended to drive slowly. Roads within the establishment are in good condition, and guests should enquire in advance about the road status.
Golf carts are available at the clubhouse, and assistance can be provided with spa bookings and other excursions. A chef can also be arranged for special occasions upon request.
Guests are required to adhere to the estate rules, including a 30 km/h speed limit and maintaining low noise levels. No breakage deposit is required; however, guests will be held liable for any damages incurred during their stay.
