Disappointing stay due to cleanliness, poor maintenance, and lack of comfort. The apartment was not clean upon arrival, and the door did not lock properly, which made me feel uneasy. The room was very cold, and there was no mat or carpet in the sitting area, making it feel uncomfortable. Overall, my stay was not pleasant and did not meet my expectations. I used to visit the place and it used to be the best, but now I don't know.

Regarding the cleanliness concerns, our team attended to the apartment and the patio area upon your arrival. At the time, maintenance work involving the repainting of the patio was in progress, and our staff were completing the cleaning process associated with this work. Mooi, netjies en gasvry hotel. Die enigste negatiewe kommentaar wat ons gehad het was die parkering. Nadat ons teruggekeer het van ons funksie nie parkering binne die veilige parkeerarea kon kry nie en moes toe op 'n ander, minder veilige area ons kar parkeer vir die aand. Verder was die kamer, diens en algehele verblyf glad nie sleg nie.

The stay was fine. We had a problem with cockroaches and the toilet did not have air fresheners. What is on the menu could not be prepared in the kitchen. Kindly put the mini fridges in the rooms.

Not what we expected. Cockroaches in rooms. The bath in the family room is not in a good condition. The TV channels were snowy.

Our stay was not good at all. The buildings were under construction, the rooms were very dirty and the overall hotel was not in good condition, the rooms do not look anything like the pictures on the website, we were very disappointed and checked out early.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. We are currently renovating our hotel rooms and will proceed with the groundfloor rooms in the coming week. We are however confident that the room photographs match the room categories as these were new photographs taken in November 2022. When we arrived in our rooms, it was nothing like in the pictures on the website. My family of 11 was very unhappy about their rooms, when we got there the rooms were overflooded with water. The air-conditioning wasn't working, it was smelly and it really felt that we were booked in into a brothel.

We're sorry that the rooms were flooded during your stay. This was as a result of guests who had left their taps open during watershedding, and as such, once water was restored the unoccupied room was flooded and this spilled over to other bedrooms. Our team happily assisted in moving you to our newly renovated apartments next door. We're sorry to see that there was no mention of our team's attempts to assist you and make your stay more comfortable as your score only reflects the unpleasant experience you had upon the start of your stay.
