Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Check-in is as per the booking confirmation and check-out must be strictly followed to allow the unit to be prepared for the next guests. Late check-out is only allowed if arranged with management in advance and will incur an additional fee of R100 per hour. Only the number of guests for which the unit was booked may stay overnight, and no extra guests or day visitors are allowed. Guests must treat the unit, furniture, equipment, and fittings with care, and any damage must be reported immediately. Guests will be held liable for any damage caused.

The unit must be kept neat at all times. Furniture and indoor equipment must not be moved. No loud music, shouting, or disturbance is allowed, and quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00 must be followed. Mabalingwe is a nature reserve, and guests must respect the peace and other guests. No parties or disruptive behaviour is allowed.

Fires may only be made in designated braai areas, and must be fully extinguished after use. Mabalingwe is a wildlife reserve, and guests must not feed or disturb animals. A safe distance must be kept at all times, and children must be supervised.

Guests must use bins for waste and no littering is allowed. Food must not be left outside. All speed limits and reserve rules must be followed. No smoking is allowed inside, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly if smoking outside.

All equipment must be used responsibly and any faults reported. No items may be removed. Children must be supervised at all times, and no pets are allowed. Guests use the property at their own risk. Management reserves the right to request guests to leave if rules are not followed.
