Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1 000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The beach is a 7km drive away and needs a 4x4.
The house is serviced once on a weekend for weekend stays from 9.30 am - 3 pm
Longer stays servicing requirements must be discussed. Excludes public holidays.
A breakage deposit is required for stays of 4 nights or longer.
Fairhill has a strict no-smoking policy inside the house. Fires are a serious hazard with the fynbos.
Pets are welcome on request.
