House Rules
The property has 60,000L rainwater tanks and a high-capacity solar system.
No parties are allowed on the premises.
The driveway runs over lawn and dirt for ~200m. All cars can use it, but it may get muddy in heavy rain.
No non-staying visitors unless agreed in advance.
Children: Supervise at all times when upstairs. A lockable baby/child gate is provided (effective up to ~age 4).
The cottage is on a mountaintop, and conditions can be windy.
Two extra mattresses can be added for additional guests at a cost.
No pets and no smoking allowed. Avoid high/sharp heels on the deck or inside.
Bookings: Only the guest who booked may check in (must be 18+), and the number of guests must match the booking. Third-party bookings are not accepted.
