- 50% deposit required to secure the booking.
- For bookings with arrival date within 7 days, 100% payment required.
- Up to 3 small to medium size, well-behaved pets are allowed. Not on the furniture.
- No smoking inside the house.
- Please be respectful and inform us of breakages.
- If cleaning up after your group is not your thing, please leave a cleaning tip.
- Please recycle glass, tin and plastic in the old school refuse bin outside the kitchen.
- Parties and large events are allowed by prior arrangement only - please enquire!
