This ground-floor studio can accommodate 2 adults and features an open-plan sleeping area and a kitchenette. The bedroom area contains a king-size bed. A large shower, toilet, and washbasin are available in the en-suite bathroom. There is also ample closet space with hangers. Quality linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels. The kitchenette is equipped with a 1-plate induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, cutlery, and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities and a 4-seater central dining table. For guests' entertainment, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi are available. Guests can use their own sign-in details to use the DStv app on the smart TV. The private patio outside the unit is the ideal place to enjoy a braai and offers a partial sea view. Weber braai facilities are available on request.

We only accept a booking if it is made for yourself. No booking will be accepted if you are booking on behalf of someone else.
Check-in time is between 16:00 - 18:00 and a check-in time is confirmed with the owner in advance, otherwise, guests may have to wait a long time if they want to check in when the owner is not there.
No early check-in is allowed due to the cleaning team still working.
ID/passport must be shown by the guest who made the reservation upon check-in due to guest identification requirements in South Africa.
Pets are not allowed.
The owner has 2 very friendly, well-behaved dogs who live on the premises on the owner's side.
Day visitors are prohibited.
Loud noise and music are not allowed.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged at an extra cost.
This property is not affected by power outages.
As there is a drying rack, guests should please do not place damp towels on wooden furniture. Towels may not be used to remove make-up.
Our property, situated across from Pearl Bay Beach and surrounded by other holiday accommodations, provides a tranquil retreat. However, please note that we are not in the Yzerfontein town center. If proximity to shopping is a priority, Flip Flops Villa may not be the best fit for your needs.
