The host only accepts a booking if it is made for yourself. No booking will be accepted if you are booking on behalf of someone else.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 18:00, and a check-in time is confirmed with the owner in advance; otherwise, guests may have to wait a long time if they want to check in when the owner is not there.
No early check-in is allowed due to the cleaning team still working.
ID/passport must be shown by the guest who made the reservation upon check-in due to guest identification requirements in South Africa.
Pets are not allowed.
The owner has 2 very friendly, well-behaved dogs who live on the premises on the owner's side.
Day visitors are prohibited.
Loud noise and music are not allowed.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged at an extra cost.
This property is not affected by power outages.
As there is a drying rack, guests should please do not place damp towels on wooden furniture. Towels may not be used to remove makeup.
Our property, situated across from Pearl Bay Beach and surrounded by other holiday accommodations, provides a tranquil retreat. However, please note that we are not in the Yzerfontein town centre. If proximity to shopping is a priority, Flip Flops Villa may not be the best fit for your needs.
