Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

House Rules

Bedding and bath towels are provided for the house, but guests are reminded to bring their own beach towels.

Regrettably, no pets allowed.

Please read through the Estate Rules to be found in the House manual, as all guests are to adhere to Estate Rules at all times.

Basic cleaning and cooking supplies will be available, but please realise that we do not supply enough for long stays.

Occupancy at any time or for any reason is limited to agreed-upon amount on confirmation of booking.

Vehicles and boats must be parked in designated areas. Garages are NOT for guests' use.

Washing of boats and vehicles is prohibited during times with water restrictions - please confirm with us whether restrictions are being enforced.

Please only clean fish in the designated area and clean up the area after use.

No smoking allowed.

No Refuge must be placed on pavements outside houses.

Quiet time is 22:00 and 06:00. Please respect neighbours by keeping noise levels down within this time frame.

On departure, please make sure that the premises are generally tidy, with all dishes washed and rubbish in bags or bins.

Please close all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Please advise us of departure time, even if we do not need to collect a key, as we have to visit premises to close water, gas, etc.

Cancellation Policy
