Will definitely be back! Formosa Wooden Cottage is a gem! The cottage has all you need for self-catering and is within walking distance from restaurants and shops.

Awesome. I would recommend Formosa Wooden Cottage to anyone. A beautiful cottage in the middle of nature. We didn't even notice the power was off as the cottage is fully equipped to deal with no power. Thando, a very humble man, made the stay even greater. I would recommend that anyone staying at the cottage asks him about the walking sticks he makes.

Highly recommend! Stunning! The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It is exceptionally well equipped and comfortable. The property has a beautiful little private forest where you can enjoy a picnic under the trees. Close to the reserve and within walking distance from the village.

Wrapped in nature and peace. We spent three nights at Formosa Wooden Cottage. We particularly enjoyed being wrapped in absolute silence, using the newly built braai area and watching birds in the lush garden. As the write-up does say, the water is not for drinking, but there is a refreshing water cooler supplied which kept us hydrated. We escaped the city for nature, but for those so inclined, there is a TV.

Little piece of heaven. Beautiful, peaceful, close enough to all activities. Beautiful large cottage with more than everything you need. Quiet and undisturbed. Comfortable beds, larger than needed bathroom. Absolutely the best!

Great, ons kan nie wag om terug te gaan nie. Skoon, netjies, die lekkerste beddegoed en lekker baie houtkaggel was great. Is die beste, ons gaan weer boek om daar te bly.
