In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R550 cleaning fee per booking.

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R750 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Owner and Managing Agent give no warranty and accept no responsibility or liability for any direct or indirect damages or losses suffered by a guest and/or visitor on the property. All rights of admission are reserved.
Breakage deposit to be paid back within 2 weeks after departure if all in order.
Please note that a cleaning fee of R550 per booking will be charged which is payable to the establishment.
Please note that this establishment is not suitable for parties and cannot be used as a venue for functions.
Guests should please be mindful of their surroundings and refrain from making noise after 22:00.
No additional guest/s will be allowed on the premises other that other than the number of guests mentioned in the original booking. No day visitors are allowed.
Should guests behave in such a manner that is not acceptable by civilized standards or property is used for any other purpose than originally stated, the client and his guests may be asked to vacate the premises.
Any of the rules not adhered to, a fine can be given and deducted from the breakage deposit.
Cleaning services can be provided while guests are in the house, at an additional cost. Quote on cleaning services during stay on request.
Keep the house in the same condition as it was received. If the house is left in a condition where special cleaning is required, such charges will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Please note that excessive dirt on the carpets will incur an additional cost of R200 per room.
Please bring your own swimming and beach towels.
