Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Loud music is not allowed after 10 pm.
There is a breakage deposit payable that will be refunded if there are no breakages.
There is a once-off cleaning fee payable and then there is an optional cleaning fee of R300 per day.
