In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R900 cleaning fee per booking.

House Rules

- Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.
- Only the permitted number of people, children included, are allowed on the property. If the capacity is exceeded, or cause a disturbance by having loud parties, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
- Guests please need to bring their own towels.
- No 21st, matric, or loud parties are allowed.
- No under 21's without proper adult supervision will be allowed.
- No axes for chopping wood allowed.
- No furniture may be moved around under any circumstances.
- Please note, the accommodation may be equipped with CCTV.
- Should the accommodation be fitted with an alarm system, please use the system as explained in the booklet or by the agent when you check-in.
- Happiness is not equipped with DStv access.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors.
- Please bring your own lanterns or lights in case of load shedding.
- Pets are welcome with prior arrangements, but please note, pets are not allowed on any furniture.
- Please note, there are no supermarkets, ATM’s or petrol stations in Arniston.
- Guests please need to check-in at the office; from here you will be directed to the property.
- Guests take full responsibility for all breakages, damages or losses during the rental period; whether by occupants or guests.
- Premises and all equipment are used at own risk, and Etna's Southern Tip (Pty) Ltd and/or the homeowners will not be held responsible for any losses or damages during the stay.
- The right of admission is reserved by management.
- Make sure of your choice as you cannot change houses on arrival.
- No refunds for shortened stays.
- Full payment must clear Etna's Southern Tip (Pty) Ltd’s Bank account before keys can be handed over.
