Baie aangename gasvrou. Veilige en rustige verblyf. Baie rustig. Daar was net baie miere wat gepla het.

Safe and meeting expectations. All our expectations were met. The rooms are spacious and very clean. We will most definitely stay there again.

Satisfactory. Upon arrival, bed sheets were stained, which were replaced though, but certainly not a good first impression. The guesthouse phoned about our working hours, as they are running a daycare throughout the day. Not professional at all. Breakfast was a coffee and rusk, but we were charged for breakfast. Overall, the place looks taken care of.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. As this booking was made at very short notice, we accommodated you despite already being fully booked. To assist you, we opened accommodation that is not normally used for guesthouse visitors, rather than turning your booking away. When you mentioned that you were unhappy with the linen, we immediately replaced it with brand-new white sheets. The linen was not stained but had signs of wear from long-term student use, and we acted without hesitation to resolve your concern. We would also like to clarify a few inaccuracies for the benefit of future guests. Breakfast is not included in our room rate and was not charged as part of your accommodation. We certainly did not charge you for coffee and a rusk as breakfast. Regarding our phone call before your arrival, we contacted you only to arrange a suitable check-in time, as we operate an art school during the day and are not always on the premises. We do not operate a daycare, and this statement is simply incorrect. We were also surprised that, without speaking to us first, you moved yourselves into another room that had already been allocated to different guests. Had you raised any further concerns with us, we would have gladly assisted, as we always strive to resolve issues immediately. As a gesture of hospitality, we also provided complimentary game meat during your stay, although this was not mentioned in your review. We are proud that the overwhelming majority of our guests have had very positive experiences, with many returning to stay with us again. Our rating has consistently remained at 9.2, reflecting the standard of service and hospitality that most of our guests experience. We wish you well in your future travels.

Home away from home. Very welcoming host, great breakfasts and attention to detail. Comfortable and convenient for business travel and would recommend for leisure travel too.
