Not a hotel to visit at all! This has been one of the worst stays we have ever had. The hotel is very neglected. The thatch of the roofs is falling in. Rooms are dirty. Tiles are broken. Furniture is extremely dirty, and the upholstery is torn. Bedding is dirty, old, and frayed. Towels are old. Cupboard doors are missing. No WiFi. No Vodacom reception. Although the location is marvelous, the hotel is sadly a no-go place. We did not understand why the website even features this hotel.

Not very good as expected. Hut 9: rusty shower head, rusty shower rail, too old sheets, ragged pillowcases, bad sewage odour, very old curtains. The room with single beds is underutilised - would have loved if there were two double beds instead. Clean drinking water should be provided for free. I did not like that my family was scattered.
