No TV channels are provided; guests may use the flat-screen TV with DVD player and a library of approximately 400 DVDs. Guests may bring their own decoder and smart card.
Small to medium-sized dogs are allowed by prior arrangement with the host only. Pets must not be left unattended or treated as kennel boarding, and must be supervised at all times. The garden is not fenced, and the village has an on-leash policy.
The unit is not serviced during your stay unless requested in advance at an additional fee; guests will need to vacate the unit between 11:00 and 14:00 if servicing is arranged.
