Excellent stay. Was impressed with the unit booked and was per the ad and pictures on the site so, no disappointment. Place is clean and has everything you need to a relaxed and enjoyable holiday. All bookings were a breeze through the website. Rebekah from Hotel meets Home was our main contact at Horizon and she was excellent as far as any needed assistance was concerned. Will gladly recommend and would not hesitate to book again.

Stunning Views and Smooth Check-In. We were warmly welcomed right on time by our assigned host, in the foyer at reception, exactly as arranged. Check-in was smooth and informative—Jonathan showed us how to access the building, where to find the parking, and explained the location of the utilities. The apartment is beautifully kept with a well-equipped kitchen and a gas Weber braai on the patio, which we really appreciated. We were especially impressed by the neatness and overall cleanliness of the unit. The highlight is definitely the breathtaking view from the apartment. It receives full sun throughout the day, which is lovely, though I think it must be a bit hot then in summer months. One thing to note: there is a breakage deposit required, but this is only mentioned after booking is completed on the website—it would be helpful if this was stated more clearly upfront.

During the summer, the sun does pass over the apartment and sets in the west, which helps keep the apartment from getting too hot. Regarding the breakage deposit, we do mention it upfront in our listing, though it’s possible it might have been overlooked. Thank you again for your feedback!

Loved staying in Horizon Bay 502. My stay was amazing. Great location and the flat was very upmarket. Loved it. The only negative was that on weekends the noise level is very high in front of the apartment.
