House 12 Beach Club is situated within the Hermanus Beach Club security complex and offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished, 3-bedroom house situated right on the seafront.
The house can accommodate 6 guests comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Two of the en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a toilet and shower, while the third en-suite bathroom has a toilet and a bath.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar, looks onto the lounge area which is equipped with a TV. Both the dining room and the lounge lead onto a wooden deck where guests can relax and enjoy the sea view.
The Hermanus Beach Club offers a clubhouse tennis courts, squash courts, putt-putt, a swimming pool, and a games room for children. There is also a fully licensed bar. The complex is situated next to the new harbour where there are restaurants and whale-watching cruises. Hermanus Central is approximately 2 km away, where there are restaurants and shops.
