The stay was good minus the stinking fridge. The place is great and definitely recommend for a night stay with friends. Was not satisfied with the cleanliness overall.

I'm back! Promised you that l would be back if l had more business around Sandton. I kept my words, why? Because In and Out is the best lodge one can ever book around Grayston. The convenience, value for your money. Professional staff, always on the ball. Neat environment. Close to all proximities.

Very warm and welcoming friendly staff. The place is very convinient. Central, and l got to do all my business from there. Makes Ubber drivers' life so much easy, as the place is so strategically located. Close by restaurant and nearby shops for everyone's benefit. I loved the place. Would be booking there in future.

Skoon en netjies. Die plekkie was skoon en netjies. Veilige parkeerplek. Sal beslis plek aanbeveel. Lekker naby aan die VSA se ambassade.

Skoon kamer. Die kamer was basies toegerus geen hangers, geen water beker of glase nie, die wasbak se warmwaterkraan het net gedrup, moes baie lank wag vir warm water. Die Saterdagaand het mense baie geraas. Oor die algemeen mooi diens van almal wat daar werk.

Good, just a need for some improvements. No aircon in my room for 2 weeks, no meals hence I asked before check-in. No reply. Customer service not satisfactory. Not bad but improvement is necessary. Loved the tight security & cleanliness though.

Value for money, very friendly staff, other residents are noisy but in all I will book for future business trips again. The only disappointing thing was my room was not equipped with me bar fridge as advertised and it wasn't brought in as promised.

Bed was a litte uncomfortable and the generator ran the whole night from midnight right outside my window. For the price though, good value for money.

Thank you for your review. Most guests rate our beds as very comfortable. We will look into the bed in the room you were allocated. We are grateful to have a generator. Unfortunately, we were in stage 4 loadshedding during your stay. This means without our generator your room and the property would not have any power. We are thankful that the loadshedding has calmed down. We hope to welcome you back soon to Inn & Out Sandton.
