House Rules
Payments for the accommodation will be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT), and the banking details will be provided in the booking confirmation.
Due to Hilton's elevated location above Pietermaritzburg, the evenings and mornings can get very cold. Guests are advised to pack extra warm clothes, as well as towels, soap, toiletries, food, and any specific cooking items they may need, as the units are basic in their amenities.
The driveway is steep and not suitable for trucks, and there is only one designated parking spot per unit.
Occasionally, there may be unexpected power or water outages without prior notice. Guests should be aware of this possibility. The outages could last for a few hours or even longer. The units are equipped with a battery-operated light and a bottle of water.
Breakfast is not included, and food is not provided as part of the accommodation package. However, if guests would like the hosts to purchase any items and place them in their fridge, they should inform the hosts in advance for assistance.
Pets are allowed at an additional cost per night.
