Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Accommodation is subject to the establishment’s standard indemnity terms.
The house is pet-friendly within reasonable limits and with prior arrangement, subject to a pet fee of R80 per night per pet, together with the breakage deposit and a cleaning fee, payable directly to the property before the arrival date. An invoice will be issued and sent to you directly by the owner.
The maximum number of guests is strictly enforced, with an additional cost per extra person per night if exceeded.
Out of respect for permanent residents in the area, guests are kindly requested to adhere to the Jacobsbaai Ratepayers Association’s Code of Conduct, which includes no excessive noise and quiet hours after 22:00 on weekdays, 24:00 on weekends, and between 13:00 and 17:00 on Sundays.
