Accommodation is subject to the establishment’s standard disclaimer terms.
The house is pet-friendly within reasonable limits and by prior arrangement, subject to a pet fee of R80 per night per pet, together with the breakage deposit, payable directly to the property before the date of arrival. An invoice will be issued and sent to you directly by the owner.
The maximum number of guests is strictly enforced, with an additional charge per extra person per night if exceeded.
Out of respect for permanent residents in the area, guests are kindly requested to adhere to the Code of Conduct of the Jacobs Bay Ratepayers Association, which includes no excessive noise and quiet hours after 22:00 on weekdays, after 24:00 on weekends, and between 13:00 and 17:00 on Sundays.
