House Rules
The establishment is closed from 21:00 to 06:00, and during this period, no services are available.
The facility has become a gated community, with a single security gate entrance located at the corner of Monument Road and De Bruin Drive.
All rates include a Continental breakfast.
Check-in times are between 14:00 and 21:00, and check-out time is at 10:00.
Check-out after 10:00 can be arranged, subject to room availability, with an additional hourly fee.
Arrivals outside operating hours must be pre-arranged.
Dinner reservations need to be made at the time of accommodation booking, with dietary requirements communicated.
For security reasons, visitors are not allowed on the premises without prior arrangements with management.
To ensure a peaceful environment, loud noise is not tolerated on the premises.
Guests are not allowed to consume their own alcohol; instead, an honesty bar with reasonably priced drinks is provided.
No day visitors are permitted.
Payments for extras (breakfast, dinner, beverages, laundry, etc.) can be made via credit card, debit card, or cash.
Complimentary shuttle (pre-booked) from OR Tambo International Airport to Journey's Inn Africa Guest Lodge (return) is available.
It is emphasised that the facility is not a party venue and does not provide self-catering facilities.
