Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
House Rules
No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
This unit may only accommodate the number of guests as specified on the booking invoice at any given time.
No loud music is permitted after 22:00.
No parties are permitted on the property; management reserves the right to evict tenants that do not adhere to this rule.
Kindly note that we do not have the authorization to do credit card payments on behalf of guests, we only accept EFT/Bank transfers.
A refundable key and breakage deposit of R 650.00 is payable on arrival and is refundable within 7-14 working days, after the house has been inspected and all found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without full payment received.
There is a pet fee of R250 for up to 2 dogs per house. No more than 2 dogs at a time.
