Kalahari @ Kathu Gastehuis is ideally located to explore Upington, Postmasburg, Kathu, Hotazel, Kuruman en Kimberley and offers comfortably furnished rooms.
The guesthouse offers 3 rooms, and each room has a private entrance. The rooms are furnished with double beds, and each room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. 1 Of the rooms has a bath and a shower. The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with TVS with DStv, Wi-Fi access, as well as tea and coffee facilities. The rooms are also serviced daily, except Sundays, and breakfast is available on request at extra cost.
Breakfast and homecooked dinners are available on request. The guestrooms overlooks the Hunting estate, and guests will be able to see kudu and gemsbok in the early morning or at dusk.
Visitors to Kathu can visit the Wonderwerk Cave, the Boesmansgat Sinkhole or the Moffat Mission Station. Various 4x4 trails can also be found in the area.
The property uses solar energy which provides support during load-shedding and it also has a water pressure system to ensure that you have everything you need during your stay.
