We were extremely satisfied and expectations were met balanced against cost. This was a top drawer one-nighter. Having said that, there was no cutlery, crockery, glassware, or cookware even though listed as a self-catering stay. Fortunately, we are campers, so we were prepared. The host was fantastic and we were made to feel at home.

Thank you for the great review. We apologise for any inconvenience and misunderstanding regarding cutlery, crockery, and cooking options upon your arrival. We have coffee mugs, teaspoons, and tumblers in the space on top of the bar fridge and microwave, next to the kettle, milk, coffee, tea, and sugar containers. Normally upon arrival, we ask our guests if they have something to eat yet; if the answer is no, we will explain where the restaurants or Spar/Checkers are situated. Then we also ask if the guest needs plates, knives, and forks, and if yes, then we supply them. To cook or braai should be arranged with us, then we supply options. Asking and offering the cutlery and cooking options might have been missed due to the fact that you, the guests next to you, and myself got caught up in conversation and jokes when the guests next to you invited you to join them for the braai and a glass of wine upon your arrival. Our motto is: "Kalahari Kaja, your home away from home, where guests become friends and friends become family". We hope that this is what you experienced during your stay despite the misunderstanding regarding cutlery and crockery, and we hope to see you again in the future. Kaja greetings Venice

Great one night stay - perfect for a quick stop over. This accommodation has everything you would need for a 1 or 2 night stay! Very easy check-in and super friendly host.

As ons ooit weer deur Kuruman moet ry, sal ons hier oorbly. Ons bly nie dikwels by 'n B&B nie, want dit is gewoonlik te duur. KK was bekostigbaar en al was ons gasvrou nie daar nie, het sy gereeld kontak gemaak om te verseker ons is ok. Kamer was netjies en skoon.

Very peaceful and convenient. The room was just what I required. Located in the town, but very quiet after dark. Close to all the shops.
