I booked and paid for cottage 3. This was also confirmed by email. Once there we had to go to cottage 2.

I specifically asked for self catering. Where we slept was just a fridge and kettle. No Milk. I wanted to make our own food because I had an operation and was only allowed to eat certain foods. We just ordered food there because where do you buy food nearby? Place was clean and tidy. The dstv doesn't work at all which was very upsetting. Couldn't watch any TV channel, regular sabc was so bad too. They shouldn't advertise and Dan vol they don't do that. They were a lot of gas. Very clean and neat venue, quiet and peaceful.

The room was great, the Saturday evening meal was awesome, however: I enquired from the chef regarding Sunday breakfast and he informed us that it is from 08h00. We were ready for breakfast at 08h00, but the house was still locked. I looked for keys which I found in a basket in the kitchen of the house to open the door. The restaurant was still closed at this time. Shortly afterwards the bell at the gate kept ringing, I once again searched for the remote to open the gate which I also found in a basket in the house. An employee entered the premises, we enquired about breakfast and she said the chef is only coming to work at 10h00, she will make breakfast, and then she went into the house. I followed shortly after to tell the employee to call the manager (who apparently was still sleeping) and when I entered the house I walked into the employee who was busy changing. I told her to call the manager which she went and did. We waited a short while longer and the manager emerged from the house explaining that she was not aware that we were already awake, also she was dressed inappropriately. We duly paid for the previous night's dinner, did not have breakfast but the breakfast fee was included in the accommodation, and left the premises.
