Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
By accepting the quote, the guest agrees to provide a completed personal information form and a copy of their ID.
Loud music, excessive noise, parties, and day visitors are not permitted. Non-compliance may result in eviction without refund and forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
The breakage deposit covers missing or damaged items and any additional cleaning required.
All dishes must be washed and packed away; extra charges apply if this is not done.
Smoking of any kind, including vaping, cigarettes, or any other substances, is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any smoke odours or signs of smoking will result in loss of the full breakage deposit.
Up to two small to medium well-behaved pets are welcome only if arranged in advance.
Pets must stay off all furniture and beds.
Pets must remain on a leash outside the property, as required by HOA and municipal rules.
Pets may not be left alone in the house and must not disturb neighbours.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair.
Guests must bring their own bowls and pet bedding.
If pet rules are not followed, the breakage deposit may be withheld in full or in part to cover extra cleaning or laundry.
Refunds are processed within 14 days. If the deposit does not cover the costs of damages or additional cleaning, the guest who made the booking will be responsible for the balance.

Bath and beach towels
Firewood
Toiletries
Cleaning supplies
Extra toilet paper
Additional black bags
The fireplace is non-functional.
The owner and manager cannot be held responsible for injuries, loss, damage, theft, or forgotten items
