Description
Khiza Bush Retreat is a comfortably furnished self-catering unit for 6 guests in Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, Hoedspruit, and serves as a perfect base from which to explore the Panorama Route, the world-famous Kruger National Park, and other tourist attractions and activities in the Lowveld of the Mpumalanga and Limpopo province.
Offering an African bushveld experience, the multi-storey unit can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children and comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The rooms share the use of a bathroom with a large bath and an outdoor shower. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, and a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining table. Catering can also be arranged upon request. Wood, firelighters, and ice are not provided and guests please need to bring their own.
The cosy lounge is equipped with a TV with Showmax and Netflix, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the lodge.
The living area opens onto an enclosed patio that overlooks the swimming pool, and boma braai area. Parking is available. All the rooms are non-smoking areas, and guests are welcome to smoke outside.
Daily housekeeping, excluding public holidays or Sundays, and transport, tours, and a shuttle service can be arranged on request. Special housekeeping service is available on request at an additional cost.
Guests can go on a game drive in their own vehicle to view the abundant game on the estate or go birdwatching at the raised hides at the 2 dams. Mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, and a spa experience are also available nearby with galleries, shops, and pubs in Hoedspruit.
