Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Breakfast is not provided; however, guests are welcomed with complimentary treats, including cookies, sweets, coffee beans etc.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
The fireplace in the lounge area must not be used, as it may cause overheating near the television.
The washing machine and tumble dryer may only be used upon request and will incur an additional fee.
The dishwasher is available for use, and initial pods will be provided. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional pods if needed.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay, and an upfront refundable payment is required upon arrival.
Strictly no parties, or loud noise are allowed.
